It is always best to make a telephone reservation first, which will normally be held for 7 days. You may then use the following form to make a provisional booking. We will then contact you regarding your deposit etc.

GREEN VIEW CONDITIONS OF HIRE
HIRE TERMS. All hire terms are quoted in £ Sterling per week for the lodge, equipped as described, unless otherwise stated.
VAT hire terms include VAT as the current rate.
NUMBER OF PERSONS. The maximum number of persons allowed in each lodge is clearly stated. No additional persons can be accommodated without specific written agreement. We reserve the right
to terminate the hire without notice and without refund for a breach of this condition.
SMOKING We operate a no smoking policy in all of our lodges which our guests are required to adhere to.
PETS. Sorry, no pets. If you wish to bring a
guide dog please discuss this with us when booking.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. The three bedroomed lodges, 2 and 3 are both Category 3 Wheelchair Friendly. They are particularly suitable for accompanied disabled guests as they have a second WC, no steps, and extra-wide access. Please phone before booking.
DEPOSIT. A deposit of £50 should be sent to us with your booking form. This will only be refunded should we not be able to confirm the booking.
BALANCE. The balance will be due 1 month before your arrival. For bookings made within 1 month of arrival, the full amount will be due immediately.
NON-ARRIVAL. If you do not arrive by midday on the day following your hire start date, and have not advised us, then we reserve the right to re-let the lodge. No refund will be payable.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. All breaks are Saturday to Saturday, except Christmas, New Year and short breaks. Your lodge will be ready at 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. For short breaks an earlier time might be possible. Lodgess must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the
day of your departure. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 5pm.
MINORS. Bookings will only be accepted by persons aged 18 years or over.
UNSUITABLE HIRERS. We reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse to hand over a lodge to any person we consider unsuitable, in such case payments will be refunded in full. We reserve
the right to repossess the lodges at any time where damage has been caused, or in our opinion is likely to be caused. In this case no refund will be payable. Single sex groups and multiple
lodge bookings will only be accepted at our discretion.
DESCRIPTIONS. We endeavour at all times to accurately describe our lodges and facilities, but reserve the right to alter, upgrade, or refurbish without notice.
HIRERS RESPONSIBILITIES. Guests will be responsible for making good any loss, damage or breakages to the property, furnishings etc., that may be incurred during the tenancy, and for payment
and laundering of any articles that become soiled or stained.
HIRER AND HIRERS PROPERTY. All visitors to Green View come at their own risk and must abide by the conditions stipulated for the use of all facilities. We accept no responsibility for Hirers
personal property and vehicles.
